I'm celebrating Zuke's #FueltheLove blog hop with a different twist by giving you a few ideas on how to make quick hostess gifts for your dog friends! Join in on the fun by entering the Zuke's giveaway on other blogs, then share the love by utilizing your craft skills to make personal gifts this year!
The holiday season is coming up soon (Christmas decorations before Halloween?) which means your calendar is going to be full of parties and get-togethers that will include lots of dog love! Well there's no need to show up empty handed, just grab a bottle of your favorite bubbly for your two-legged friends and whip up a box of Zuke's treats for your four-legged friends. Below are two ideas for hostess gifts that only took a few minutes to make so you can always make extras for those last minute invites.
I used a combination of Zuke's Mini Naturals (Delicious Duck Recipe, Roasted Chicken Recipe, and the Savory Salmon Recipe) and the Grilled Chicken Z-Filets to fill up small craft boxes. One box I topped off with twine and a cute bow tie that can later be used as around a dog collar, the other has colorful twine and two festive paper ornaments that I found at Target. Quick and easy!
Ernie took the bow tie for a test drive just to see how cute he would look in it!
And here we have a photobomb from Foyle! He held back as long as he could but then stepped up and laid his head on the counter until he got one of the last filets. It's hard to move his big head once he's made up his mind that he wants something, and especially for a Zuke's treat!
