I'm sorry for the lack of posting this past month but I've been working 14-16 hour days trying to keep up with construction and submittal schedules at work and running Ernie and Hazel back and forth to the vet trying to figure out why their liver enzymes are so high. When I saw this video I almost cried, partly from sheer mental exhaustion and partly because it reminds me of Foyle. When I pull up late at night I see a big Newfie head waiting for me in the window, tapping his foot while dinner gets cold. It's funny to imagine what my dogs would make for me for dinner just based on their favorite foods.
Foyle would definitely make pancakes with lots of butter, bacon on the side, and doughnut holes for dessert. Hazel would make spaghetti with meatballs, Ernie would make a fruit salad, heavy on the bananas, topped with yogurt. Nooner- she's all about the sweets so it would be a slice of pie with a big bowl of vanilla ice cream! Ironically omelettes are the easiest thing to pull together for me after an extra long day at work so this video hits me in a soft spot and brings a little smile to my day.
What would your dogs make you if they had any culinary skills in the kitchen?
