Want to know one of my highlights of attending BlogPaws in Las Vegas this year? Getting a pound of this delicious coffee Gander's Choice from the Veteran Traveler, and playing ball with his wonderful dog, Gander! (tune in next week to see more pictures of Gander!) The Veteran Traveler is dedicated to helping soldiers with post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) by educating the public about the need for legitimate service dogs to help alleviate and cure the afflictions related to PTSD. Gander plays a large roll in this mission by joining Hodge in counseling and mentoring other people with PTSD, and bringing smiles and comfort to everyone he meets!
So this morning I eagerly ripped open my generous gift so I could try out my new ceramic single drip coffee filter that I picked up this week. I've been watching a coworker use this method every morning and I have to say it really does make a difference! Your coffee is smoother, less bitter, much richer, and so easy that you can't make any excuses no matter how late you are running in the morning. We topped it off with pastries from La Farine in Albany for the perfect Saturday morning breakfast.
Now for the big debate- how to make the perfect cup of coffee! Here are some links that I've been using for research but I'll leave it up to you on how to make your perfect cup of coffee:
