We're back again for this week's Four Faves For Friday finds! This week I jumped ahead a bit from my virtual shopping and actually did some shopping because sometimes when you find an item you like and works, then you just have to get it right then and there. Or maybe two in my case because I liked the first one so much!
Here's this week's list of favorite finds:
- The Outlander 30L Packable Travel Backpack is the one item that I bought two of because I liked it so much; now I have one for home and one for work. Remember last week when I said my coworker thought I spent too much money? Well I have now become a spendy enabler because when he saw how this bag zipped up into the small pocket (about 8"x5") he went and bought one for his upcoming trip too! This has now become my favorite dog park bag. It's light, has a large amount of storage, rip and rain resistant, and has two pockets for water bottles, and I can stuff all their gear into it during the walk.
- Fresh and Easy: What to Cook and How to Cook it by Jane Hornby is by far the best cookbook I've picked up this year. I'm not much for cooking, baking is more my thing, but these are incredibly easy, delicious meals that you can throw together in no time. I actually found it at Costco this week and within a day had already tried out two recipes! It's one of the few cookbooks where I've liked a majority of the recipes- they are easy and healthy and they make even me want to cook!
- The Drip Module adjustable feeder is the perfect feeder if you are planning on getting a large puppy! You can mount it to the wall and adjust the height as the dog grows! I wish I had this for Foyle when he was growing, it fits the modern dog function perfectly!
- I'm wishing it was fall already and that it could just stay fall all year round. I've always wanted a cashmere sweater but I'm not the pearls and sweater set kind of gal so when I saw this crew neck cardigan and crew neck sweater from Boden I thought "this is it, this is the one!" You can dress it up or down (more down in my case) yet still be put together, it's perfect for the tomboy look that still makes you feel like a lady.
So, there you have it, my four finds for this week, two of which were tried and given a thumbs up from the NewfandHound gang!
Have a great weekend!
